BSD works together with public and non-governmental organisations, both profit oriented and not-for profit, to promote Fair Trade. Since October 2000, BSD has published the electronic NotÌcias do Fair Trade (NFT - Fair Trade Newsletter) - in Portuguese - to transfer information on Fair Trade to the interested public. Subscription was free. BSD participates in the "FÛrum de ArticulaÁo do ComÈrcio tico e Solid·rio do Brasil" (FACES do Brasil) - Brazilian discussion forum on ethical and fair trade - , which aims to facilitate the expansion of a Brazilian Fair Trade market (of consumers and producers). |
