Marcia Bellotti has a Bachelor degree in Psychology of the State University of Rio de Janeiro and a Master of Education, with specialization in Human Resources of the Boston University School of Education, USA.

She specialized in Social Project Evaluation at the CEATS/USP of the University of São Paulo, Brazil, and in Sustainable Management of Corporate Social Responsibility at the Dom Cabral Foundation, Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

Marcia Bellotti is certified as an SA8000 Auditor by SAI – Social Accountability International. She had been Human Resources Manager at Unilever Brazil and Shell Brazil, where she managed the Diversity Project. She also worked as an Executive’s Coach and Consultant in Team and Leader Development Projects.
